What is StopIt for?
StopIt supports people who want to quit smoking or vaping. You log habits, complete check-ins, use craving tools, and build a quit plan. The app is meant to guide and reflect—not to replace a doctor or specialist service.
Is StopIt medical advice?
No. StopIt offers self-help-style support and information. For withdrawal symptoms, medications, or health conditions, speak to a healthcare professional or a recognised stop-smoking programme.
Which devices are supported?
StopIt is available for iPhone. An Android version may come later—we’ll update the download page when we have a date.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You sign in so your progress can be saved and, if you choose, protected with standard app security features. You’ll set this up in the app.
What does Premium include?
Premium adds deeper AI Coach reflections, richer insights, more frequent coach updates, richer quit-plan content (including rehearsal-style prompts), and more motivation-image regenerations per month. Core logging, check-ins, craving support, and your main plan remain available without Premium.
Where is my data stored?
The app is designed so your day-to-day use works from your device, with encrypted backups and careful handling of personal versus behavioural data. See the privacy policy for detail.
