Free to use, with an optional premium tier

Core things that support quitting—logging, check-ins, craving tools, and your main quit plan—stay available without a subscription. Premium adds deeper reflections in the AI Coach, richer insights, extra quit-plan content (such as rehearsal prompts), more frequent updates in the coach, and more regenerations of your motivation image each month.
